APAC attended the Independence Day Reception on July 13, 2025, hosted by Ambassador Dr. Yousaf Junaid at the Embassy of Pakistan in Ankara.

Founding Director of APAC, Professor Selçuk Çolakoğlu, participated in the 2026 Shanghai Cooperation Organization Media and Think Tank Summit in Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan on July 27, 2026, jointly organized by the Kyrgyz National Kabar News Agency and the Xinhua News Agency. The summit brought together approximately 260 participants from SCO member and partner countries, fostering an invaluable platform for dialogue and collaboration. 

APAC had the distinct pleasure of participating in a reception, held on the occasion of the Greek Independence Day, organized by Embassy of Greece and, generously hosted by Ambassador Theodoros Bizakis, on March 25, 2026 in Ankara.

APAC attended a New Year’s Reception hosted by the Economic Affairs Section of the Embassy of Germany in Ankara on January 27, 2026.

Ambassador Dang Thi Thu Ha and her delegation from the Embassy of The Socialist Republic of Vietnam in Ankara paid a courtesy visit to Founding Director Professor Selçuk Çolakoğlu on January 26, 2026, at the Turkish Center for Asia Pacific Studies.

APAC attended a reception on 11 June 2026 in Ankara, hosted by Ambassador Jill Morris of the United Kingdom, to celebrate the birthday of His Majesty King Charles III.

APAC attended a reception marking the 99th anniversary of the founding of the Chinese People's Liberation Army (PLA) organized by the Embassy of China in Ankara on July 22, 2026. The event was hosted by Ambassador Jiang Xuebin and Defense Attaché Senior Colonel Yang Jianjun.

APAC had the honor of participating in a reception in Ankara, held in celebration of the birthday of His Majesty the Emperor of Japan, organized by the embassy of Japan and hosted by Ambassador Masami Tamura on February 4, 2026.
